 오션 뷰를 배경으로도 포즈를 취한 데 이어 누군가가 찍어준 사진에선 침대 위에 누워 포즈를 취하기도 했다.
 한편 장원영은 지난해 12월 27일 태국 방콕 임팩트 챌린저 홀 1-2에서 성황리에 개최된 '제9회 아시아 아티스트 어워즈'(The 9th Asia Artist Awards, 이하 'AAA 2024')에서 4년 연속 MC로 나서며 여신으로서 존재감을 뽐냈다.
 'AAA'는 2016년 처음 개최된 이후 국내 최초 배우·가수 통합 시상식으로, 지난 2021년 6회 시상식부터 전격 합류한 장원영은 당시 최연소 MC로 'AAA'와 특별한 인연을 맺었고, 올해까지 4년 연속 MC를 맡으며 그야말로 'AAA 안방마님'으로 자리매김했다. 장원영은 이번 'AAA 2024'에서 '퀸 오브 AAA'와 'AAA 아시아 셀러브리티'로 개인 2관왕의 영예도 얻었다.
